Hertfordshire Golden Horseshoe Route
June to October 2019
What it's about
To mark the 50th anniversary of the Riding for the Disabled Association the Hertfordshire RDA groups are being connected by a horseshoe shaped route some 80 miles in length. Each leg of the route will be held on a different day this summer so that we can celebrate the work each group does, raise their profile and encourage more volunteers to join them. Our goal being 50 new volunteers to mark 50 years.
Some volunteers and participants will walk, ride or drive the part of the route which passes through their venue a mad few will attempt the whole horseshoe.
To be inclusive all volunteers and participants will be encouraged to add up the miles within their normal RDA sessions to take part in a 'virtual' version of the horseshoe. Always remembering that -
"It's what you can do that counts"
